What does poetry mean to you?
Poetry is the center of my universe, it is the core of my creative thoughts and aspirations, without it there is an unending void left unfilled.
What inspires your poetry?
I get inspired by other poets the great ones to the unknown ones, that drives me, but I also get inspired by current events and my feelings about everything that effect our lives.
Which are most important to you?
Patience, because you have to have it to be able to get peace, kindness, self-control, faithfulness, love, gentleness and have goodness in your heart.
What sort of things are you looking forward to improving this year?
I am looking to write more and establish myself in the literary world. To be recognized by my peers as a pioneer who is putting poetry back on the map and get it taken more serious like it was during the Harlem Renaissance.
What is one big dream you have?
To be looked upon as a great or the greatest poet of the 21st Century.
may never come
just for a moment
and drift away
into a dream
lift your spirits' into a daze
as long as you,
never let those dreams
under the starts, so bright
dream, for me
all your dreams come true
