Hello my name is Marie, and I'm the founder of MariesArtEST2017. I am a talented person who loves to write poems, short stories and make art. I am building my art business from the ground up and working hard to earn my business degree. I am also a stay at home mom of a almost 2 year old. I am married to my best friend from high school. I began writing poetry when I was 16 and I wrote free style poetry. I was 18 when I began !along art. I have taught myself to do everything I've done with art.
What does poetry mean to you?
Poetry to me means a way of expressing myself. An art form of beautiful language written to be spoken with grace.
What inspires your poetry?
Mostly life and books that I read. Reading others poetryÂ

Self -control, I believe that we have the control over our lives. If you don't like something change it. Take action and move forward.
What sort of things are you looking forward to improving this year?
My son's second birthday and my college classes. How far my business will grow. Will finish my book goal.
What is one big dream you have?
To sell 100 copies of my memoir.

Your greatest strength is in being vulnerable today.
Let your defenses down.
Stop hiding, especially from yourself.
Have a sense of unconditional self love and compassion towards yourself feel your feeling completely and honestly.
In this crazy hectic time no one benefits from seeing a mask you wear to hide yourself.
No one especially yourself can heal this way.
Remember in times of darkness you can be your own life.
Self love comes when you remember to keep your mental health in check.
So acknowledge your emotions and be stronger than ever before.
