I am genuine, straightforward, and sarcastic. I have an open mind, and a fierce heart. I am raising two strong, sassy little girls amidst the chaos of the world. I still believe in Magic. Love is my religion, and writing is my Church. I love the way a good book makes me feel when I finish it, and hope my words will inspire others in that way. I am branching out into the world of freelance work, and am available for copywriting, content writing, blog posts, articles, and more.

My work can be found on Elephant Journal, Medium, and my blog: Transparenttasha.blog, I also have a writer page on FB (Natasha Link-Writer) and Instagram (Transparenttasha).

What does poetry mean to you?

Poetry is a little piece of my soul expressing itself onto the page.

What inspires your poetry?

It seems to come from a quiet place, deep inside. I do not usually plan anything I write. The pen has a mind of its own. However, nature seems to play a large role in my poetry.

Which are most important to you: (1) joy, (2) peace, (3) patience, (4) kindness, (5) self-control, (6) faithfulness, (7) gentleness, (8) love, or (9) goodness? If you can, explain why.

Love is the most important thing in life, it's what makes the world go round. It is the reason we are here. Joy is also a particularly important part of our purpose in life, something a lot of people are missing out on, and need to find more of. Peace is something we all need to find more of and strive for in society. Kindness is important because everyone goes through hard things, and we need to give each other a little grace.

What sort of things are you looking forward to improving this year?

I am always looking forward to improving and growing as a writer and as a person. Growth is another important aspect of humanity.

What is one big dream you have?

My first dream is to be able to write full time and make a living from my passion. Ultimately, I  want my books to someday help as many people as possible.
